Neuven is an award-winning leader in temporary staffing and workforce management. For over a decade, they’ve been simplifying the staffing process with efficient, transparent, and compliant solutions.
Neuven’s cybersecurity systems are led by IT support specialist Zeshan Gulzar. He saw that while Neuven had plenty of cybersecurity theory, there weren’t any hands-on assessments where staff could apply their knowledge and learn.
This meant there was no real way to measure how well staff could recognise and respond to phishing scams if one landed in their inbox.
Before partnering with Phishing Tackle, the Neuven IT team spent a lot of time trying to prevent phishing attacks. Their approach mainly involved manually spotting phishing threats, responding to incidents, and running extra training sessions using theory-based resources.
Not only was this time-intensive, but they also had no reliable way to track phishing attacks or keep all employees up to speed with regular training.
This needed to change if Neuven were going to reduce time spent on manual tasks and get their team trained on the latest phishing threats.

Now that they’ve teamed up with Phishing Tackle, their staff’s understanding of cybersecurity threats has skyrocketed.
Zeshan and the rest of the IT team can now give practical assessments to staff to train them on how to spot a phishing scam and what to do about it. Regular, realistic phishing campaigns have helped sharpen the staff's ability to spot these attacks, making them extra cautious about clicking on any suspicious links.
And if any staff clicks on a scam link, it’s flagged right away by the IT team, and they get extra training to help prevent it from happening again.
In Neuven’s first phishing campaign, 20 employees clicked the link in the email, and 12 entered their credentials on the landing page, which would have been a devastating breach in a real phishing attack. Byy February 2024, only two people clicked the link, and no one entered any data. A huge improvement, thanks to the ongoing training and resources they receive from Phishing Tackle.
It’s been a massive time-saver for Neuven, too. Phishing Tackle automates phishing simulations and training, reducing risk hugely whilst also freeing up the IT team to focus on other things.
